- Smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon

- Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Cayenne pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Sugar-free BBQ sauce - 100 grams
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F).
- Prepare the ribs by removing the silver skin from the back and patting them dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix together the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper.
- Rub the olive oil over the ribs, then evenly coat them with the spice mixture, ensuring they are well covered.
- Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil, bone side down, and cover them tightly with another piece of foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 2 hours until tender.

- Return the ribs to the oven, uncovered, and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, until the sauce is caramelized and sticky.
