  • ripe avocados - 2 medium

  • Greek yogurt (plain, non-fat) - 1/2 cup
  • sea salt - a pinch
  • dark chocolate (70% or higher), melted - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender or food processor.
  2. Add the unsweetened cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, Greek yogurt, and a pinch of sea salt to the blender.
  3. Blend the mixture on high until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
