- Baking powder - 2g (1/2 teaspoon)
- Salt - a pinch
- Dark chocolate chips (optional) - 30g (1/4 cup)
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a small baking dish (approximately 8x8 inches).
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe avocado until smooth and creamy.
- Add the honey or maple syrup, egg, and vanilla extract to the mashed avocado, and mix until well combined.
