  • Honey or maple syrup - 60ml (1/4 cup)
  • Almond flour - 30g (1/4 cup)
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Vanilla extract - 5ml (1 teaspoon)
  • Baking powder - 2g (1/2 teaspoon)
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Dark chocolate chips (optional) - 30g (1/4 cup)

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a small baking dish (approximately 8x8 inches).
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe avocado until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the honey or maple syrup, egg, and vanilla extract to the mashed avocado, and mix until well combined.
