- 2 ripe avocados
- 4 strips of bacon

- 2 large eggs

Steps
- Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
- Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, then remove and drain on paper towels.
- While the bacon is cooking, cut the avocados in half and remove the pit. Scoop out a small portion of the flesh to create a larger cavity for the egg.
- Place the avocado halves in a baking dish, cut side up, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
