  • Artichoke hearts - 150 grams, drained and quartered
  • Spinach - 50 grams, fresh
  • Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
  • Oregano - 1 teaspoon, dried
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Red pepper flakes - optional, to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  4. Brush the dough with olive oil and spread the minced garlic evenly on top.
