Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts or pecans

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced apples with lemon juice, maple syrup, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Toss until the apples are evenly coated.
  3. Transfer the apple mixture to a small baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  4. In another bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond flour, melted coconut oil, brown sugar, salt, and chopped nuts. Mix until crumbly.
