Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, softened butter, cream cheese, granulated sugar, salt, and vanilla extract. Mix until a dough forms.
  2. Divide the dough into two equal portions, shape them into disks, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
