  • granulated sugar - 50 grams
  • brown sugar - 30 grams
  • baking powder - 1 teaspoon
  • cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
  • salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • unsweetened applesauce - 60 ml
  • vegetable oil - 30 ml
  • large egg - 1
  • vanilla extract - 1/2 teaspoon
  • apple - 1 medium, peeled and diced
  • chopped walnuts - 25 grams (optional)

Steps
