- Bell pepper (any color) - 1 medium, cut into squares
- Mozzarella balls - 10 pieces (about 150 grams)
- Black olives - 10 pieces
- Prosciutto - 50 grams, sliced into strips
- Fresh basil leaves - 10 leaves
- Extra virgin olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Balsamic vinegar - 1 tablespoon

Steps
- Prepare all ingredients by washing the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, and fresh basil leaves. Slice the cucumber and bell pepper into bite-sized pieces.
- Take a skewer and begin threading the ingredients: start with a cherry tomato, followed by a cucumber slice, a piece of bell pepper, a mozzarella ball, an olive, a strip of prosciutto, and a basil leaf. Repeat until the skewer is filled, leaving some space at the ends for easy handling.
- Repeat the threading process for the remaining skewers until all ingredients are used.
- In a small bowl, mix the extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper to create a dressing.
- Drizzle the dressing over the assembled skewers just before serving, or serve it on the side for dipping.
