  • Unsweetened Shredded Coconut - 30g (about 1/3 cup)
  • Cocoa Powder - 15g (about 2 tablespoons)
  • Almond Butter - 30g (about 2 tablespoons)
  • Vanilla Extract - 5ml (1 teaspoon)
  • Sea Salt - a pinch

Steps

  1. In a food processor, add the almonds and pulse until coarsely chopped.
  2. Add the pitted Medjool dates, shredded coconut, cocoa powder, almond butter, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt to the food processor.
  3. Process the mixture until it is well combined and sticky, scraping down the sides as needed.
  4. Once combined, scoop out about a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball using your hands.
  5. Repeat the process until all the mixture is rolled into bites, making about 12-14 bites.
