Steps
- Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and grease two small cake pans.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Stir in the coconut milk, shredded coconut, and chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Pour the batter evenly into the prepared cake pans.
