  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Maple syrup - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Soak the dried wakame seaweed in warm water for about 10 minutes or until rehydrated. Drain and squeeze out excess water.
