- red bell pepper - 50 grams, diced

Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Peel and cube the butternut squash, then steam or boil until tender, about 15 minutes.
- Drain the squash and mash it in a bowl until smooth.
- Add the almond flour, egg, olive oil, salt, pepper, and rosemary to the mashed squash. Mix until a dough forms.
